The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Director of Marketing to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for directing all marketing, Players Club Reward Center, and group sales operations for our video lottery operations.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104100 - $140500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Responsibilities 

• Oversee the strategic management and execution of online and print marketing, public relations, promotions, community relations, giveaways, media, and sponsorships
• Develop and administer departmental policies, procedures, budgets, trainings, and guidelines
• Establish metrics and goals for the department and lead promotional activities using data, analytics, and creative thinking
• Manage a team through the selection, training, performance evaluation, assignment of projects, and scheduling of team members
• Serve as the company contact with state gaming commission for approval of Marketing efforts

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
• Skilled communicator able to respond to complaints, de-escalate an emotionally charged situation, and maintain guests' goodwill and respect
• Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines and competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
