SalaryResponsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new clients, with a focus on our established market in Charleston, SC, and on expanding into new markets (Myrtle Beach + Greenville).
- Forge and maintain partnerships with local senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources to increase client referrals.
- Lead a variety of Marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, social media presence, event marketing, and traditional advertising, to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
- Use Hubspot to track, analyze, and report on the outcomes of Marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Commonwise Home Care at various events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $60,000 annually.
- Charleston Bonus Plan: A $500 bonus for each new client directly attributed to the marketer in Charleston, SC, payable after the client has received one full month of care.
- This bonus applies to each community where the marketer has existing contracts for a period of two years. After two years, the client relationship is deemed fully integrated into Commonwise system.
- New Market Bonus Plan: A $1,000 bonus for every new client successfully onboarded in new markets such as Myrtle Beach, SC, and Greenville, SC, as part of our growth strategy, payable after the client has received one full month of care.
