The Director of Food & Beverage for the Resort and Special Events is responsible for managing all operational activities of the resort's F&B operation, providing an exceptional guest experience. In addition, the Food & Beverage Director is responsible for maximizing the revenues by providing an outstanding, consistent dining experience, managing expense lines (Operational Expense, Labor cost, Food cost) to achieve the budgeted flow percentages and recommending marketing initiatives to increase revenue. Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to staff.
