Director Of Marketing

Exostar is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our Marketing Team. The Director of Marketing is a player-coach responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategy that will create awareness, drive preference, build a robust sales pipeline and fortify our brand. The Director of Marketing drive demand generation across our product portfolio and the lead cross-discipline marketing team responsible in each of our key markets. They will evaluate and develop marketing plans, coordinating brand awareness, and communicating with all parts of the organization including sales, product, services and support. The Director of Marketing will work closely with Sales Leadership and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a seasoned team of skilled Marketing individuals and build the team strengths
• Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Overseeing the execution of multi-channel, highly integrated digital marketing programs and campaigns
• Driving brand awareness across social media and growing interaction across all platforms.
• Build out the necessary metrics to report progress and success of Marketing programs
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Creating and maintaining the marketing database
• Understanding and developing budgets
• Creating and executing account-based marketing programs.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

• • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in marketing working for cyber security, software, or technology companies • Minimum of 3-5 years’ managing and directing the work of others
