As the Executive Director of the MVLE brand, this pivotal position is tasked with refreshing MVLE’s vision, as well as significantly developing its operational growth and marketing strategies. These tasks will include successfully steering the direction of MVLE, maximizing the brand and growth potential, while ensuring its integrity and uniformity across the MVLE portfolio.

The Executive Director will be a vital strategic partner of The Fedcap Group Chief

Major Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing and Brand Management Leadership: Cultivate an ever- evolving, responsive, and proactive vision for MVLE; harness innovative marketing avenues to boost brand visibility and revenue; and engage dynamically with our core demographic to ensure attuned service delivery.

2. Growth: Expand the organization’s online and direct-to-consumer business, enhancing brand and marketing capabilities, especially on digital platforms.

3. Support the M&A pipeline, leveraging MVLE brand awareness, and Fedcap’s back-office infrastructure, to capture opportunities.

4. Strategic Planning and Growth: Drive the formulation of strategic growth plans, setting ambitious targets and guiding the organization in achieving these mission and business objectives.

5. Capacity Building and Relations: Nurture strong relationships with MVLE across our Group’s platform, providing mentorship, support, and facilitating their development and growth. Regularly assess and refine existing offerings, while pioneering innovative solutions that address gaps in the disability service landscape.

6. Financial Management: Lead strategic growth plans, manage complex financial landscape, and guide the organizations in achieving financial, mission and operational objectives.

7. Operational Management: Oversee operations, ensure above average service management, process optimization, and brand identity across all

MVLE units.

8. Advisory & Advocacy: Develop capacity to serve as a trusted advisor to policy makers, industry leaders, and the broader public on disability-related issues. Champion initiatives that promote inclusivity, break down barriers, and shape a more equitable society for individuals with disabilities.

9. Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract, retain, and develop key domain leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.

10. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as adherence to franchising agreements.

11. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on performance, marketing KPIs, financial metrics to the CEO and Board of Directors.

12. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a high-functioning senior team across various domains and companies within our effective "cube" structure.

Our goal is to significantly grow MVLE over the next 3 to 5 years.

Growing the business profitably amidst an evolving health and disability landscape through best-in-class strategies, brand development and revitalization, expansion, and robust channel development including fundraising is an essential component of success.

The position requires senior-level marketing acumen and operational command; demonstrated business development mastery is indispensable.

The role also demands adeptness in pioneering digital transformations, and expert skill in blueprinting and executing strategies that champion innovation, workplace and workflow efficiency, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement.

There are currently 5 active MVLE board members with plans to expand. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with the board of directors ensuring their contribution to the overall success.
