Director Of It - Crm

SHI is seeking an experienced Director of IT. This position will provide support to our dynamic teams in charge of delivering, managing, and implementing applications and solutions that support SHI. As the Director of IT, you will be a crucial part of our company's success by managing resources, driving IT solutions, and leading the transformation of our CRM, HR, and/or F&O solutions.

This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of IT Solutions. This role will support our dynamic teams focused on the delivery, management, and implementation of applications and solutions that support SHI. As a Director of IT Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving our company's success by managing resources and driving IT solutions and transformation for our CRM, HR, and F&O solutions.

• Coordinating with Project Management to develop roadmaps and strategies for critical systems
• Contributing to the budget planning process and managing IT expenses according to the plan
• Implementing and supporting a system of internal controls within the Application Development environment which supports regulatory compliance and ensures stability and resiliency within the portfolio
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure SHI has the tools and processes in place to support growth and capability requirements of the company

• 7+ years managing teams of technical resources
• 15+ years of technical experience with IT Solutions and Applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field or relevant work experience

Including, but not limited to: 

• Lead teams of technical resources in the development and management of IT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions and projects.
• Create and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
• Coaching and professional development of IT employees, including IT management
• Identify the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry and provide recommendations on how to implement them to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Travel as determined by SHI management.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
