The Director /Program Manager will providing technical and management oversight for multiple projects from cradle to grave including the survey, design and engineering, procurement, installation integration and testing of network solutions. These solutions may include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization for a variety of DOD and Federal Civilian agencies throughout the federal marketplace. This candidate will provide overarching leadership and direction of all project activities and deliverables as well as direct a staff of engineers and installation professionals supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Position is full time remote with travel to customer locations as required (50- 100%).
Responsibilities- Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several different discipline areas and including use of different technologies.
- Manages highly program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects/task orders.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
- Developing and executing project schedules
- Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans to include Project Management Plan, status reports, briefing material, and other contract deliverables.
- Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings.
- Provides recommendations for planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team, tracking status and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Acting as the single point of contact for all customer reporting, issues or concerns
- Interfacing frequently with other corporate functional areas such as subcontracts, project control, and support personnel
- Support business development and proposal efforts as required by providing written content regarding engineering and task execution strategies.
- Performs other project management tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree required in IT related field, and advanced degree/studies preferred or completion of a military technical training school.

- 15-20 years' experience in the design, implementation and sustainment of DoD and federal government communications systems and supporting infrastructures.
- Candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Viso and Project and capable of directing the development customer deliverables such Project plans, site survey, installation, configuration and testing related engineering documentation.
- Experience and solid working knowledge of the design, implementation and operations both wired and wireless network technologies in both secure and nonsecure environments
- Experience deploying both indoor and outdoor 802.11 wireless solutions for the federal government.
- Experience with planning, estimating, organizing, staffing and executing projects worldwide under both normal and austere conditions.
- Experience staffing and managing teams that include both an onsite and remote workforce.
- Experience with organizing and coordinating the planning and production of customer deliverables.
- Experience with meeting and completing tasks assignments within estimated periods and budget constraints.
- Experience with applying quality assurance measures to improve contract performance.
- Ability to travel as required often with minimal notice.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers and peers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a demonstrated capability to coordinate and align efforts between government customers, senior executives, subcontractors and team members.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, projects and programs for the federal government.
- PMP or equivalent (highly desired)
- Understanding of HPE/ Aruba and Cisco BAN, LAN and WLAN solutions
- Security Clearance requirement: Top Secret
