Reporting to the VP of Strategic Marketing, the Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for building customer centric Go-To-Market strategies that demonstrably help deliver on the revenue and brand goals for CeriFi and CeriFi’ s family of brands. This individual collaborates closely with Sales leadership, Product development, and Vertical business leads, aligning on strategy and vision to generate growth. This individual is multi-faceted, thinking holistically about brand marketing and product marketing needs, working across multiple teams, and leading customer and market research.



The ideal candidate understands how various content, channels and programs can drive engagement and sales through a full customer journey from awareness through advocacy across B2B and B2C environments. They're an excellent partner, focusing on collaboration, transparency and data driven conversations. Last, they're scrappy, humble, and growth-minded; they understand how to build for the long-term without sacrificing the ability to be agile and respond to short-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and establish our integrated marketing team: own, develop, and execute unified marketing vision and strategy for our family of brands and product marketing work streams, centered around our core B2B and B2C customer groups.
  • Responsible for establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve annual revenue targets across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets.
  • Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning, and creative to align with target customer needs and business objectives. Work cross-functionally to ensure positioning and messaging is consistent across all client touchpoints. Serve as internal expert to strengthen and elevate positioning competency within the team.
  • Define and lead our product marketing efforts, partnering closely with Product development to build a strategy for our in-market products and future product releases.
  • Work closely with the VP, Brand and Corporate marketing to determine the roll-up brand strategy for our family of brands, and overarching go-to-market approach for CeriFi.
  • Create highly effective B2B and Corporate Partnership marketing strategies for each of our B2B and Partner channels.
  • Leads ‘always-on’ and campaign-based demand generation activities, in partnership with digital marketing, utilizing digital channels (paid media, social, email, and SEO) to build brand awareness, increase consideration, and fill the sales funnel, through influenced attribution and new revenue efforts.
  • Defines content strategy, enabling the team to publish content across social, marketing automation, web, and paid channels
  • Build long term relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders
  • BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Requirements:
  • BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years professional experience in Marketing with 5+ years leading high-performing teams in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Rich experience developing and leveraging customer segmentation to optimize and maximize all that we do.
  • Must have strong systemic thinking skills, coaching skills, planning skills, organization skills, and ability to be resourceful and timely in completing goals and objectives.
  • Strong familiarity with demand generation best practices, industry trends and expertise in lead scoring models, marketing attribution, etc.
  • Data-driven leader who leans heavily on OKRs and analysis to identify their next best action.
  • Exceptional proven collaboration with Sales and Marketing organizations. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing, campaign frameworks, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills and well- honed presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, creatively problem solve, learn on the fly, and work with all levels in the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Consistently achieves results even under tough circumstances.
  • Operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
  • Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to travel as needed to achieve business objectives (<10% of time).
