Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.
This is a casual/per diem position with 10-hour shifts anytime between 5am and 7pm at our Torrey Pines location. The Infusion Center is open Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. May float based on staffing needs. Schedule will be at least one shift per two-week pay period.

Scripps Health has five outpatient Infusion Centers (Hillcrest, Encinitas, Oceanside, Rancho Bernardo and Torrey Pines), offering chemotherapy services using the latest techniques to maximize effectiveness and comfort. The team structure at our Infusion Centers provide a clear path for growth opportunities including entry level Pharmacy Technician I, Technician II, and Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at Torrey Pines as our first Pharmacy Technician I. This position would be ideal for someone interested in developing their skills in sterile compounding.
Responsibilities include:
- Medication delivery
- Drug receiving/stocking
- ADC replenishing
- Inventory and clerical work
Experience/Specialized Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.Required Certification/Registration:
California Board of Pharmacy CertificationPreferred:
- Certification by National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board preferred.
- Sterile compounding experience
