Required Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of experience leading IT strategy and operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in the Kansas City corporate office from 8-5 and willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15%, including some international travel.
• Strong capability in assessing current systems and needs, strategizing digital improvements, prioritizing, and leading implementations personally.

Job Description:

This senior position is tasked with the overall management of the IT Department and strategic planning of technology systems for U.S. operations. You'll direct local SAP IT Application support teams, collaborate with international counterparts on IT strategies, and provide leadership for digital communication strategies. The role requires managing IT projects, analyzing business needs to develop technical solutions, and supporting digitalization initiatives to create a modern work environment.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Preference for candidates currently living in the KC metro area or those with a strong alignment with the compensation package.
• Experience with large capital equipment manufacturing, particularly in packaging or processing machinery, is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• A history of minimal job changes in the past 5-7 years, with an explanation if more.
• Experience in scaling organizations and implementing significant changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
