You’ll succeed if you can help:
- Build an I.T. infrastructure to support a rapidly growing, multi-site, multi-state operation.
- Setting initial strategy and helping Zeem prioritize I.T. projects in a cost-effective and scalable manner Driving ‘Build vs. Buy' decisions around internal Payroll and HRIS systems, Help Desk support, etc.
- Managing internal systems including NetSuite, Microsoft Outlook e-mail, Teams, and SharePoint. Identify and train users on use of collaboration tools. Coordinating implementation of new systems (e.g. Greenhouse applicant tracking).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and/or directing an IT operation
- Experience working in a start-up environment preferred
- Demonstrated experience in developing business processes, managing staff and budgets
- Strong working knowledge and direct experience with security technologies, practices and standards and knowledge of database administration, programming, and systems analysis procedures
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
- Excellent knowledge of current technologies, emerging trends, and identifying opportunities
