Human Resources Director 0324

A growing private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 28-county region in central PA, seeks a Director of Human Resources/CHRO to join our strategic leadership team and work with employees across our multiple service and administrative sites.

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and day-to-day activities focused on HR (Human Resource) including recruitment and retention, staff recognition, salary and benefit administration, and ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's goals and objectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field required; Master's degree preferred
• At least five years of human resource management experience preferred.
• SHRM certified- highly preferred.
