Our client, a 30+ year Spartanburg SC area ,150+ employee landscape services business is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurialDirector of Human Resources.
You have a track record of creativity in recruiting and retention programs for outdoor construction or maintenance businesses and can excel on these priorities:
- Passionate about recruiting labor and field management positions developing strong employer branding programs
- HR Operations - ensure implementation of standards in compliance and safety
- Fiscally disciplined in managing incentive, payroll and benefits programs for the organization

Attractive base salary $85 - $110K
Company benefits (Health insurance, PTO,401K, etc)
Hybrid in-office position with local travel to promote company employment opportunities.
You meet these requirements:
- Strong HR, communication, and organizational skills (English and Spanish a plus)
- 5+ years Senior Leadership - develop, execute, and maintain HR programs and strategies
- Experience with ADP, INNOVA or other HRIS systems
