Position Overview:
As the Director of Employee Experience & Talen, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the development of a high-performing workforce. You will lead a talented Employee Experience & Talent team, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee development and growth.
- Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Develop and manage employee benefit programs and compensation structures.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and equitable workplace.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- Manage employee records and HR technology systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred, OR equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
