We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive organizational success through effective people management.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop top talent within the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record in managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,300.00 - $72,000.00 per year
