Responsibilities
- Ensures ongoing recruitment and hiring
- Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures
- Oversees performance evaluation process
- Administers compensation program
- Coordinates a competitive benefit package
- Develop and mentor management staff to ensure compliance with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other federal regulations
- Minimum of Bachelor's OR minimum of 8 years HR management experience
- Previous managerial experience in healthcare setting
