Location: Northwest Arkansas, serving Harrison, AR; Prairie Grove, AR; Siloam Springs, AR and Wichita, KS. This position will regularly visit and work from multiple locations and will likely office in the Siloam Springs, AR facility.
Job Summary: As the Director of Human Resources - Field Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture across our field locations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives while addressing the unique needs of our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for field locations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Lead recruitment efforts for field positions, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote the health and well-being of employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Mitigate HR-related risks by staying informed about industry trends and changes in employment laws.
