· New Position that requires the ability to develop and implement proprietary Food Service concepts/recipes
· Responsible for overall management of existing branded QSRs.
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with associates, Managers, vendors and customers.
· Hires, trains, retains and issues corrective action (when appropriate) to team members.
· Maintain a sanitary environment following Food Service and Health Department codes.
· Strong training skills, cost controls experience and the ability to effectively lead a kitchen management team.
· Ensure all team members are adequately trained and capable of performimg job responsibilities safely.
· Create an environment of dignity and respect for all associates and foster an atmosphere of positive morale.
· Five years of management or supervisory experience in a Food Service environment required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
