Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the supervision of the VP of Operations, the director has the accountability and responsibility to coordinate the activities of the department to provide optimal patient and customer nutritional care and performs other functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Must have five years prior experience as a Director or Food and Nutrional Services in a healthcare setting.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager, or Food Safety Certification, or Registered Food Service Manager (RFSM) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Medical City Frisco is a 60+ bed acute care hospital. We are a Medical City Plano facility. We offer a range of services including adult and pediatric surgery and orthopedics.
