Sand Blaster

We are currently seeking an experienced sandblaster to join our team at Marshall’s Monuments. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sandblasting and a strong work ethic. Our company offers competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare cemetery monuments for sandblasting by cleaning and masking off designs
- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove dirt, grime, and other debris from monuments
- Utilize various blasting techniques to achieve desired results
- Ensure safety measures are followed at all times
- Maintain and troubleshoot sandblasting equipment
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sandblasting
- Ability to read and interpret stencils and designs
- Experience with various blasting techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
