Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in luxury hotels.
- Strong leader who is able to direct and mentor a team.
- Banquet and multi unit experience a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This involves staffing, training, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, such as the executive chef, to coordinate and execute seamless F&B service for guests.
- Create and manage the F&B budget, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and expense management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,127.00 - $85,000.00 per year
