The District is seeking an administrator responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and high-quality educational environment conducive to learning in Blue Mountain. The Director of Facilities supervises the overall maintenance and operations of all buildings and grounds, including mechanical and electrical operating systems. This individual will provide leadership in the recruitment, hiring, supervision, scheduling and training of custodial and maintenance staff. The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance and supervisory experience. Additionally, the Director of Facilities will have experience with construction projects and be able to prepare and monitor an annual operational budget for multiple large facilities. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with training and/or experience. This is a 12-month position and salary and benefits will be regionally competitive.
