Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying, pursuing, and capturing add-on, new capability and cross-sell opportunities with FAP solutions.
- Leverage Account Managers to build tactical relationships with key prospects to facilitate the successful closing of strategic deals.
- Expand client relationship value with add-on and new capability sales.
- Work in partnership with Sales Executives to capture additional new logo business.
- Ability to discuss all aspects of FAP offerings with client executives.
- Lead as representative of “One Conduent”, by influencing actions and decisions that positively impact revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfactio
- Be the owner for the solutions developed and help make sure they are communicated and executed properly.
- Be a good teammate to all Conduent associates.
- Support the Solution Architect organization:
- Help with solutioning any FAP opportunity (people, process, technology and facilities)
- Help develop the solution presentation for the client.
- Support the modeler to make sure the solution is modeled correctly.
- Assist with how to best price an opportunity and determining the appropriate pricing method.
- Work with Transition Team to incorporate their support into a solution.
- Utilize critical thinking to determine productivity savings.
- Understand potential technology options and recommend for the solution.
- Assist in handling due diligence.
Requirements
- Have a proven background in Finance, Accounting and Procurement offerings.
- Demonstrated experience in creating FAP solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with client executives.
- Applies consultative strategy and experience closing business.
- Have a solid awareness of macroeconomic factors, media coverage, market trends and changes to create successful client interactions.
- Be a motivated leader that can unite teams to collaborate to deliver winning strategies.
- Demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Extremely organized with strong time management skills.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
- Effective communicator.
- Effective presenter of solutions to clients.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000.
