We are hiring for the following:
The Program Manager position will report directly to the Executive Director of Saving Amy. Saving Amy is a 501(c)3 nonprofit located in Phoenix, Arizona with a mission to empower individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness by transforming lives through mentoring, teaching life skills, educational advancement, and financial stability through employment. Saving Amy bridges the gap between homeless shelters and other organizations, with a clear blueprint for helping families move forward in life with a sense of dignity and self-worth.
A Program Manager at this growing nonprofit will be instrumental in both managing a variety of day-to-day needs within the organization and helping to strategically grow and scale the organization to meet and exceed targets for the coming year. Saving Amy is looking for a team player, with keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset, who will come into a position with an opportunity for major growth and will add to the organization as it grows and scales in the coming year(s).
Compensation includes a base salary, Car, and Mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a nonprofit setting preferred (or administrative roles in a grassroots/startup environment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
- Ability to work in a grassroots/team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations
