**While this would largely be a remote role, we’re specifically looking for someone within the greater New York City area for this search**
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization
- Manage HR projects from end-to-end, including engaging with key stakeholders to execute projects successfully
- Connect dots across the organization to create positive experiences for our leaders and employees at scale
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the business through understanding and interpreting organizational health metrics – creating, implementing, and executing on action plans and solutions
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with 3+ years partnering with Senior Leadership (including executive level)
- Proven success working in a globally matrixed organization
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment.
- Strong change management, relationship-building, and managing conflict skills
- Player/Coach mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
- A positive attitude
