Job Overview: The Director, CRM Technology & Development will lead Crunch through the development of CRM technology. This role plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM technology leadership, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Location: Dallas, TX
Salesforce Administration:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's unique needs.
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flow.
- Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies as needed.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in Salesforce usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce accordingly.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce CRM Technology, Development & Administration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Platform App builder Certification is preferred.
- Platform Developer One is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be local and able to commute to Dallas, TX area.
