Director, Creative Services

Vyond is seeking a highly talented and experienced Director, Creative Services to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in copywriting and a proven track record in managing creative teams in both advertising agencies and enterprise SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that reflects their creative excellence, be an award-winning creative director, and possess a deep understanding of brand and direct response/performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Provide visionary creative direction and lead a high-performing creative team to deliver exceptional, on-brand work that exceeds client and business expectations.

• Copywriting Expertise: Leverage your strong creative copywriting skills to craft compelling and effective messaging for integrated multi-channel campaigns and other creative content.

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies for campaigns designed to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase revenue for the Vyond Video Creation Platform.

• Portfolio Management: Maintain an impressive portfolio of work that showcases your expertise in crafting successful campaigns, both online and offline.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align creative efforts with overall business goals.

• Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all creative materials, reinforcing Vyond's unique value proposition.

• Team Development: Mentor, inspire, and develop the creative team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in a Creative Director role.

• A strong background in copywriting with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging content.

• Experience in both advertising agencies and client-side roles at enterprise SaaS companies, demonstrating a broad understanding of various creative needs and challenges.

• An impressive portfolio that includes award-winning creative work.

• Expertise in brand and direct response/performance marketing creative and campaigns.

• Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire creative teams.

• A passion for creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.

• Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
