About the Job
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving progress, updates, and enhancements to MEI’s Full Potential Plan (“FPP”), a 5-year strategic roadmap.
- Overseeing M&A strategy, valuation and post-M&A platform integrations across people, processes and technologies while incorporating into FPP roadmap.
- Building a Digital Innovation Lab at MEI to oversee the incubation period of digital and data analytic ideas, build business cases around those ideas, and oversee execution.
- Collaborating with all functions of the organization including business development, diligence, finance, operations, and legal functions to drive organizational change across initiatives.
- Working alongside MEI’s Digital Team to ensure collaboration across all Digital projects and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desired.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrates ability to develop and communicate corporate strategies, build buy-in, then execute on the strategic initiatives that involve multiple parts of the organization.
- Experienced in conducting research and developing strategies and initiatives to solve challenging and complex business problems.
- Ability to develop best-in-class executive level deliverables using primarily MS PowerPoint and Excel and present to executive level audience.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across multiple business units and levels of the organization.
- Experienced in identifying key stakeholders and building alignment to drive key outcomes.
