Corporate Coverage Company is the accounting division for a family of waste diversion and recycling service entities. Privately owned and operated since 1976, the conglomerate maintains a physical presence in six states and rapidly growing metropolitan areas, including but not limited to Chicago, Memphis, Clearwater, Orlando and San Antonio.
Job Responsibilities
- Filing of processed open invoices
- Filing of paid invoices
- Pulling & pairing invoices to attach to checks for payment.
- Preparing checks for signature
- Detach checks and place in envelopes
- Applying postage using postage machine
- Opening, sorting & distributing US mail
- Running errands in between two buildings
- Monthly filing projects as assigned
- Misc. office duties as needed such as putting away snacks in the kitchen upon receipt]
Hours: After school hours M-F
