We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of our gym flooring department. - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Oversee budgeting and financial management

```Qualifications```
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Athletic Flooring or a related field
- Experience working with gyms, schools, hotels, apartments
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
