Schedule: Part-time, weekends (6:30pm Friday - 12pm Sunday) 

Pay: $15.44 per hour 

Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN

How You'll Contribute:

• Responsible for the health, personal cares, safety, and general welfare of participants
• Leads activities as assigned by leadership
• Reports any changes in participant condition
• Ensures individual’s belongings are properly checked in and the correct items are sent home
• Administers medication
• Completes all documentation requirements
• Maintains cleanliness of the property utilized by participants and staff
• Participates in training and development
• Attends and participates in meetings
• Transports participants to various locations as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• High school degree required, some college in a related field desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on safety
• Must be a team player and self-directed
• Must be able to pass an organizational background check
