AG's schedule is flexible and hopes to meet with staff in person for about 15 hours per week. AG enjoys shopping, roller skating, going to the movies, listening to music, and going out to eat. AG would like to work on getting her driver's license and being more active in her community.

3. Job Summary

Assist consumers to maintain competitive employment and to develop essential and personal enriching life skills within the community. Assist consumer to develop and maintain life skills to access and participate in community activities. Services shall be delivered in a manner that promotes individual success, independence, and respect. The Community Support Specialist shall cooperate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Teams under the guidance of the Vocational/Day Support Associate Program Director and work in liaison with the Employer Affairs Specialist, when necessary, to resolve issues that may arise on-the-job when the employer has a “partner” relationship with the company.

Job Coach (CSS) Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and proof of up-to-date auto insurance. Prior experience working with individuals that have developmental disabilities in a social services field is not required but preferred.
