Direct Support Professional (Dsp)

We are seeking to hire Direct Support Professionals for a 15 year old young man with autism. The individual is non-verbal and will require communication with his parents.

We are seeking a person who has experience working with disabilities, is interested in interacting with him, and comfortable with daily living skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

-Will have experience as a Direct Support Professional

-Be CPR/First Aid Certified

-Comfortable with Feeding, Toileting, and Grooming Tasks as needed

-Located in Charles County

Shifts we are currently hiring for:

Thursdays 4 pm-10 pm

Fridays 4 pm-10 pm

Saturdays 4 pm-10 pm

Sundays 4 pm-10 pm

As needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Autism/Developmental Disability: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
