Goals of Internship:
- Conduct user research to better understand user sentiment related to DT services
- Locate and organize artifacts in support of the DT Service Management project
- Assist in the documentation of service blueprints
- Provide additional support to the team as needed
Working Conditions:
80% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 20% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.

- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Miro, Jira and Confluence
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimum supervision
Education/Experience:
- Pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Communication, Sociology - Culture and Communication, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business, Organizational Psychology
