Position:        Senior Systems Specialist - SmartPlant PID
Worksite:        5985 Rogerdale Road, Houston, Texas 77072  
Responsibilities:    Maintain and enhance the Standard Delivery for SmartPlant Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (SPPID) in accordance with industry best practices and Global Engineering Network requirements applying strong knowledge of IT systems (such as Client Operating systems, Server configuration, Software installation and configurations) and knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and home office and site planning requirements. Drive continuous improvements and the centralization of service delivery through a consolidated and automated delivery process. Optimize project delivery through its lifecycle, provide support for the set-up, configuration and training on Major Projects, Services or Improve projects, applying understanding of engineering workflows and data management priorities during project execution. Perform SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) Administration including creating symbology, filters, reports, templates, system maintenance, etc. utilizing detailed knowledge of SmartPlant License Manager installation and setup and SmartPlant PID: table structure, Rules, Objects, Hierarchy, Workshare Modes, configuration and use as well as demonstrated competency with SmartPlant PID configuration for Setup of Symbology, Formats and Project configuration. Develop automation enhancements and/or custom requirements. Support projects to develop SmartPlant PID Execution Plans and Specifications leveraging deep understanding of project requirements, deliverables and workflows. Provide training, support and assistance to SmartPlant PID projects and locations as requested and via Service Now for users' day to day activities. Develop and maintain the Global Engineering Systems Network Master SharePoint site content and structure (site houses company standard build). Review all Worley issues logged with Intergraph regarding SPPID functionality to assess if common themes are being logged by multiple projects, engage to combine efforts to provide more effective resolution of open issues across projects.
Minimum  
Requirements:     Bachelor's degree in Process/Piping Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years (i.e. 60 months) of experience as Systems Specialist/Administrator or a similar occupation in the EPC/EPCM industry including hands-on experience with Intergraph Tool, experience performing administration and providing Subject Matter Expert support of SmartPlant Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (SPPID) and Process Design on complex/major oil and gas projects, experience applying detailed knowledge of SmartPlant License Manager installation and setup and SmartPlant PID and competency with SmartPlant PID configuration for Setup of Symbology, Formats and Project configuration, demonstrated proficiency in a common CAD drafting or graphics tool (e.g., SmartSketch, AutoCAD and Microstation), experience working in virtual teams supporting a global community.

Alternate 
Requirements:     Seven (7) years (i.e. 84 months) of experience as Systems Specialist/Administrator or a similar occupation in the EPC/EPCM industry including hands-on experience with Intergraph Tool, experience performing administration and providing Subject Matter Expert support of SmartPlant Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (SPPID) and Process Design on complex/major oil and gas projects, experience applying detailed knowledge of SmartPlant License Manager installation and setup and SmartPlant PID and competency with SmartPlant PID configuration for Setup of Symbology, Formats and Project configuration, demonstrated proficiency in a common CAD drafting or graphics tool (e.g., SmartSketch, AutoCAD and Microstation), experience working in virtual teams supporting a global community.
