Digital Product Intern

The Role
This is a part-time, unpaid internship. We will gladly support students who can earn course credit for their time.
A great product is at the core of what we do, and we take great pride in the products we ship. As a Product Intern, you will join a design-centric team and play a key role in defining how our users will interact with products and services. You will:

• Quickly identify and report bugs and product inconsistencies, safeguarding the quality of the product experience.
• Gather, organize, and synthesize product feedback on an ongoing basis, transforming insights and recommendations into action items.
• Support the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap for features and tools that empower creators to build more active and healthy communities.
• Support the creation of innovative new ways for communities to come together, talk, and build meaningful relationships through shared experiences.
• Identify improvements to discovery community recommendations on the platform.
• Work with a team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to help build delightful world-class products.

Requirements
You are...

• A highly-organized self-starter with enthusiasm for community-building and web 3 technology
• Looking to launch your product career as part of a fast-paced, remote & distributed cross-cultural team
• Someone who takes pride in understanding customers
• A strong communicator, both written and conversational
• Looking to work with a psychologically-safe and values-driven team
• Excited to have direct impact on a young brand in a hot space
• Can start ASAP!
