Internal: Internal applicants will be considered within the first five (5) business days of the posting period.

- Camera Operator:
- For Pacific athletic events, following live action on the court, field or pool.
- Able to follow directions and be prepared to operate and capture video.
- Set up and tear down equipment used during broadcasts.
- Graphics Insertion:
- Control the scoreboard during live action.
- Audio Operator:
- Maintain and monitor proper audio levels of announcers, crowd, and any external audio sources.
- Replay operator:
- Be prepared to play back highlighted sequences of action from the game when directed.
- Director/Technical Director:
- Responsible for live streams to the W.tv and Pacifictigers.com.
- Directs camera operators' movements and shot selection.
- Responsible for the safe set up and tear down of video equipment for an event.
- Coordinates time outs and breaks with broadcast team/talent.
- Makes sure commercial content gets played at specific times.
- On Air Talent:
- Announce games on the W.tv.
- Post Production:
- Possible editing of highlights to be uploaded on the Pacific Tigers website.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six (6) months of communication/media background experience.
- Six (6) months of experience with sound and video equipment functionality and camera angles.
- Knowledge and experience (6 months) of video and sound equipment.
- Knowledge and/or skills with graphics, videography and audio mixing.
- Creative and outgoing with ability to improvise.
- Ability to multi-task and plan ahead.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with staff.
- Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
Heavy lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and reaching requires. Some sitting and climbing, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended time. Possible contact with chemicals, loud noises, and confined spaces.
Work Environment/Work Week/Travel:
Work performed during standard business hours.
