Job Description
The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for assembling, publishing and managing digital marketing campaigns for all business partnerships using partner-provided assets. You will develop, edit and optimize digital content, maintain content inventories and assist with reporting and dashboards. In addition to providing support across a broad range of accounts and projects, you will also ensure content and site compliance across multiple web channels, CMS platforms, system databases and other 3rd party applications. Project deadline execution and adhering to both digital and operational best practices is critical to the success of media campaigns and this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Execute and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns and tasks in a collaborative team environment where last minute changes and tight deadlines are typical.
Work with Sales & Partner Services Team to provide support through execution of contract details, media plans, and campaign display ad trafficking.
Assemble and maintain Partner creative assets and media collateral.
Manage campaign performance and ensure proper and efficient delivery.
Ability to provide insights and analytical thinking in approach to campaign execution; provide best practices, and optimization recommendations
Work in cooperation with the Operations Team to regularly audit and update both partner and general web content.
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills are necessary.
Must be extremely detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask, effectively coordinate changing priorities, and handle tight deadlines.
Must thrive on working in an intense, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to effectively work independently.
Takes initiative to troubleshoot problems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma (BA degree preferred)
2-3 years minimum relevant work experience in digital marketing and/or web content-related roles
Highly familiar with computers, web navigation, and web publishing
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar photo editing programs)
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and/or Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets)
Knowledge of Google Analytics, CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
Basic knowledge of html, preferred
