Position Summary:
Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on supporting the OneSource Laboratory services business. Collaborate closely with our global OneSource Marketing teams in the US and EMEAI regions. This role entails executing digital strategies across various channels like Social, Email, 3rd Party platforms, and more. Your contribution will ensure regional needs are met, targeting an optimal mix of assets and channels to generate the necessary pipeline for revenue plans. This role demands motivation, organization, proactive work ethic, and offers substantial experience to develop a robust marketing foundation professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in executing planned campaigns encompassing lead development, 3rd party coordination, email campaigns, creative content, social media, events, webinars, and more.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for OneSource Digital Marketing and other segment campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement to scale high-performing ideas and campaigns.
- Collaborate with OneSource marketing and sales teams to maximize the impact of marketing activities.
- Provide support to the marketing events team if required.
- Assist in regional launches of new services, coordinating with global and regional teams if needed.
- Partner with stakeholders for timely delivery of programs and assets.
- Offer support on various other marketing projects as needed.
- Learn and proficiently operate internal *** software systems.
- Ensure prompt completion of role expectations through efficient execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
- Exceptional written and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with Life Science or pharmaceutical markets is advantageous.
- Can-do attitude, adept at multitasking.
- Strong project management skills with adaptability and flexibility.
- Collaborative team player comfortable with taking initiative.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SEM, PPC, landing page and social media practices, Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, and marketing best practices.
- Experience with Work Front and Air Table.
Travel Requirement:
- Up to 10% maximum.
