Your Impact:
- As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence, executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, and measuring the success of our campaigns.
- Your work will directly influence our brand's growth and presence in the market.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop strategic Digital Marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Build and launch Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Use Meta Ads platform to develop effective Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
- Social media management
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance and execute key campaign optimizations daily.
- Confidently present campaign reports on a routine basis.
- Develop and test new strategies designed to increase lead volume, conversion rates, and lower cost-per-click.
- Create A/B testing opportunities to increase efficiency of campaigns and generate better results.
- Recommend landing page and website optimizations based on performance and findings of campaigns.
- Create effective local, regional, and national Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives.
- Research and create strategic keyword lists and ideas for PPC and SEO campaigns as well as content creation.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and BrightEdge to find patterns and new campaign opportunities for growth.
- Perform routine competitive research and analysis to inform the business of any changes in the current market environment.
- Stay up to date with current Digital Marketing industry trends, market conditions, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience and knowledge of Google’s services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Search Console.
- Google certified in Ads, Analytics, and/or Display.
- Experience with marketing tools such as sem rush, bright local or similar.
- Experience with CRM tools such as go high level.
- Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and campaign pacing.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Recognize problems, identify causes, and present solutions to issues that may arise.
- Exhibits solid communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Go High Level CRM
- Home Service Industry Experience
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of .htaccess, robots.txt, XML Sitemaps, site speed optimization, and other technical aspects of SEO.
- A solid understanding of search strategies, website mobile optimization, and other Digital Marketing industry trends.
