Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary of Position:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is well versed in all aspects of Digital Marketing. Highly focused on metrics and KPIs. Knowledgeable of the medical spa industry and trends. CasaGlow MedSpa is a rapidly growing modern medical spa located in the heart of Manhattan, New York. As we expand our brand, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute CasaGlow's comprehensive marketing strategy, including Digital Marketing, advertising, branding, and customer acquisition.
• Brand Building: Oversee the development and maintenance of CasaGlow's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
• Digital Marketing: Drive online presence through SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Utilize market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Performance Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Startup Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and creative problem-solving are essential. Take ownership of digital initiatives and drive growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience
• 2+ years in the medical spa industry
• Experience with startup companies
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong marketing metrics and KPIs skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, social media, paid media and email/SMS marketing.
• Proficiency in all Digital Marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, SEO tools etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Budget management experience
• Strong creative writing skills

• 40 hours per week as needed
