Digital Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist role will assist in the development and implementation of our online marketing strategies to promote WIS and our products and brands. Primary responsibilities will be to drive focused traffic, increase our visibility within the industry, engage our target audience and generate leads.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important role in the planning and execution of our Digital Marketing campaigns. They will conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, develop strategic marketing plans, and utilize the latest Digital Marketing tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance. In partnership with our technical teams, they will create and manage engaging content and utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation within our targeted industries.
• Manage online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive targeted traffic and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, and social media channels, aligned with industry trends and company objectives.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure alignment of Digital Marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Optimize user experience on digital platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and effective conversion funnels.
• Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and relevant stakeholders to enhance the Company's online presence.
• Monitor and manage the Company's online reputation, addressing customer feedback and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing within the oilfield service sector
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices
• Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance
• Proficient in relevant Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced industry environment
• Familiarity with oil and gas terminology and industry-specific trends is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Must be able to travel to all areas that WIS operates in or where WIS has suppliers
