Cybersoft Technologies seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Multi-Channel Marketing in SaaS. This role will work within a small team of self-starting marketers in a fast-paced environment and contribute to company business goals through marketing automation, demand generation, paid and organic search, inbound marketing, experimentation, personalization, tag management, and data analytics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate & create content appropriate for specific networks to increase brand and product awareness throughout the industry.
- Work alongside other Marketing, Sales and Product development team members to ensure brand consistency and to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals. This will involve a mix of digital, written, and video material.
- Maintain our web presence to boost brand awareness.
- Implements collection/reporting tools and analyzes performance metrics across all digital channels, including the website. Track the performance of various initiatives and develop/implement changes to improve business results. Produces reports to summarize findings and makes recommendations for improvement. Monitor and report on competitive digital presence.
- Conducts regular website audits using analytical tools and addresses issues through interaction with appropriate internal and external resources.
- Key contributor to the team creating, writing, and editing sales and marketing materials, which include digital and print ads, articles, electronic media, white papers, and other collateral.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and content creation, with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels and strategies.
- Work within SaaS and/or K-12 industry is a plus.
- Working Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with marketing automation software. (Pardot Preferred)
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
