Terradyne Group LLC, a leading provider of SWPPP compliance and erosion control solutions within the Construction Industry, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Professional to join our team as a contractual month-to-month resource, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate who demonstrates significant value addition to the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing innovative marketing concepts to life.
Possible Key Responsibilities, in order of priority:
- Google Ads and SEO: Implement targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Conduct thorough SEO research to identify keywords and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
Web Design: Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring an engaging user experience and seamless navigation. Utilize your expertise in web design to create visually appealing layouts and optimize site performance.
Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote new products/services, and engage with our customer base. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Social Media Management: Strategize and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Generate compelling content to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
YouTube Channel Management: Oversee our YouTube channel, from content creation to channel optimization. Produce high-quality videos that showcase our products and services, utilizing drone piloting and photography/videography skills to capture captivating footage.
Field Collaboration: Work closely with our inspectors, installers, managers, and estimators in the field to generate and gather content assets for marketing purposes. Collaborate on capturing relevant images, videos, and testimonials to showcase our services and projects effectively.
IT Support: Provide technical support as needed, troubleshooting issues related to website functionality, email systems, and other IT-related matters. Serve as a resource for colleagues seeking assistance with digital tools and technologies.
Engage in weekly meetings with the owners in person. This position does require being present at our Carrollton location at least 3 days a week.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in web design tools such as HTML, WordPress, Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with Google Ads analytics and SEO optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
Creative mindset with a passion for bringing concepts to reality.
Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Drone piloting and photography/videography skills encouraged.
Previous experience managing YouTube channels and creating engaging video content.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:
This is initially a contractual month-to-month position with competitive compensation ranging from $5,000 - $7,000/month, commensurate with experience. There is potential for permanent employment for the right candidate who proves themselves a valuable addition to our team.
