PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Supervisor, creates and maintains digital advertising campaigns for all business entities associated with Covenant Management Systems. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates and maintains digital advertising campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display and streaming ads, digital radio ads, social media ads, and e-mail marketing automation.
- Runs and manages SEM campaigns, display campaigns, streaming ads, social media ads, digital radio and podcast ads, and other digital media buys.
- Assists in the development and deployment of automated email, SMS (text), and IVR (automated phone call) marketing and patient engagement efforts.
- Develops campaign reports using available analytics and tracking tools.
- Follows and helps manage editorial calendars for all media channels.
- Responsible for finding solutions by developing them or by coordinating with assigned vendors.
- Analyzes data and develops testing plans to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Maintains a clear and consistent brand voice, adhering to commonly used style guides and existing marketing and communication strategies.
- Coordinates activities with cross functional teams including creative, social media, public relations, operations, and IT teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged digital community.
- Maintains specialized knowledge of internet developments and digital advertising especially as related to the healthcare industry.
- Creates scripted procedures and conducts training sessions for other team members.
- Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
- Regular and dependable attendance.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and posts grammatically correct content in all digital channels with attention to detail.
- Monitors and improves SEO tactics.
- Recommends keywords and phrases to content creators.
- Tests website accessibility and functionality from a variety of environments.
- Contributes to user-orientated perspective in the design, development and maintenance of online material.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, and two (2) or more years of experience running demand generation campaigns; managing paid media campaigns in Google AdWords (including video ads), social media and other digital channels. Two (2)
OR
- High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) or more years of experience running demand generation campaigns; managing paid media campaigns in Google AdWords (including video ads), social media and other digital channels. Four (4) or more years of experience in paid digital media budget management, optimization tactics, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing on copy, creatives and landing pages. Experience creating, implementing, and measuring UTM tracking links. Experience with marketing automation tools for email and social media marketing campaigns.
Preferred:
- Experience with API integrations and data migrations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of B2C digital acquisition strategies and a deep understanding of demand generation Digital Marketing concepts.
- Proficient in Google Analytics GA3/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, and Supermetrics
- Ability to translate data into easy-to-understand reports, present analyses and provide recommendations for continuous improvement using all platforms listed here and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of third-party digital platforms to manage online and web site profiles and run automated marketing campaigns, like Yext, Press Ganey, Sale Force, Upfront, and others.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and HHS/FTC compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work in the evolving healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of project management tool like Microsoft Project, Jira, Basecamp, or similar system.
- Knowledge of how database management system (DBMS) and schema impacts front-end user experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others’ needs.
