Purpose of the Position

This reports to the VP of Digital Products and can be remote or based at our Cape Coral, FL headquarters.

This is not for content creators, designers, or beginners (though we love you, too). This is a performance marketing role tasked with tracking and optimizing KPIs to drive the business.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will draw on your direct-to-consumer or direct response marketing experience to develop, execute, measure and optimize marketing plans across multiple channels (paid social, acquisition email, paid search, OTT/CTV, display). You’ll be responsible for driving efficient website conversions, testing new messaging, and finding valuable new audience segments.

Key Responsibilities

●     Go-to-market strategy: Spearhead and coordinate the launch of locally targeted paid digital campaigns as we expand our web presence to new markets across the U.S.

●     Campaign planning: Provide clear direction to creative and technical collaborators. Develop project plans and timelines. Track deliverables, dependencies and approvals across internal and external resources.

●     Compliance: Ensure that all campaign assets (ad units, lead forms, email content, audience lists, landing pages, QR codes and call tracking numbers) are executed according to brand standards, legal guidelines and digital best practices, while capturing and balancing feedback from multiple stakeholders.

●     Analysis: Implement and monitor website and campaign performance metrics. Recommend and execute campaign and budget optimizations. Prepare daily dashboards, weekly updates, and monthly reports for executives and other key stakeholders.

●     A/B Testing: Plan and execute well-structured experiments to increase traffic,  engagement and conversion rates. Document and communicate results to stakeholders.

●     Quality assurance: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy.

●     Perform additional Digital Marketing and product duties as assigned.

Requirements

●     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications,  Business or related field.

●     5+ years of full-time experience in paid digital media. Emphasis in paid social, email and video preferred. Proven track record of optimizing toward target KPIs over time.

●     Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing approaches and measurement.  Experience with Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar tool.

●     Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

●     Experience in copy writing or editing (grammar mistakes make you crazy.)

●     Familiarity with a CRM, CDP or other customer database is a plus.

●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex topics into straightforward terms. Experience presenting to upper management.

●     Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

●     Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

●     Agile/MVP mindset and ability to make data-based prioritization decisions.

●     Technical acumen, with the ability to conduct QA/UAT and troubleshoot issues as they  arise.
