Job Purpose
The purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager is to oversee all digital and online marketing initiatives across all digital channels and product categories. This includes managing the website, email marketing, social media marketing and creating digital content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing

• Provide management, creative direction and design support for all Digital Marketing and communication from concept to completion across all business segments.
• Recommend, execute, and track all on-going improvements to all Digital Marketing.
• Provide all research, analytics, and measurements for all digital and online marketing programs.
• Manage the Digital Marketing budget.
• Ensure Digital Marketing deliverables are accurate, timely, compliant, error free and within budget.
• Stay up to date on current and emerging digital media trends, technologies, and applications.

Website

• Lead website development, content creation, functionality updates and campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Team, Product Category Directors and website partner.
• Make basic content changes to website within WordPress.
• Oversee SEO efforts. Make recommendations and execute changes when needed.
• Evaluate and direct content and make recommendations on custom features.

Email

• Develop, create and manage both internal and external email communications such as monthly e-blasts, quarterly corporate newsletters and brand awareness campaigns. This includes email best practices such as A/B testing and email drip campaigns.

Digital Content Creation & Management

• Write and create engaging digital content for the website, emails, blogs, newsletters, online stores, virtual tradeshows, videos, etc. for all product categories.
• Maintain digital asset library including photos, videos, subscriber lists, etc.

Online Retail Partnership Asset Management

• Assist E-Commerce Sales Manager with the creation of Amazon A+ Content pages along with other online retail properties.
• Duties include creating basic product infographics and storefront banners, taking product photos, editing product photos (resizing, coloring, cleaning, etc.), managing video production and lifestyle photo creation.

Social Media

• Manage all social media platforms across all product categories from concept to deployment.
• Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience developing, managing, and implementing Digital Marketing plans includes website, SEO, social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
• Bachelors Degree is required, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Visual Communications relative field of study or solid work experience will be considered.
• Must be an experienced and solid digital content creator across all online channels. Candidates must provide writing samples i.e. blog posts, website content, social posts, emails, newsletters, etc.
• Working knowledge of WordPress with an understanding of how to make website edits and SEO updates.
• Experience using email management programs, social media planning tools and Google Analytics SEO tools a plus.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. or other media editing software basic video editing a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail ability to identify and correct errors while being thorough in completing tasks.
• Work cooperatively with the marketing team to support a cohesive application of all marketing messages and creative content across all communication channels.
• Serve as a key member of the marketing and communications to integrate content across all channels.
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manage time and workload efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
