    Compensation$55,000 to $75,000 Annually + Benefits

    Join Intero Digital, a leader in delivering comprehensive creative and web solutions. They're seeking an experienced Account Manager to enhance their Web Design and Development Division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing client accounts across both web and creative services, possessing exceptional organizational skills, and having an eye for detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring top-notch service in web and creative projects. Work closely with Project Management, Design, Development, and Creative teams.

    • Creative and Web Project Oversight: Manage client requests for website updates, creative design projects, content revisions, and routine maintenance, guaranteeing quality and performance.

    • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for daily queries and support.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with project managers, designers, developers, content creators, and creative professionals to execute projects and updates efficiently.

    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative and web outputs meet their high standards and client specifications.

    • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, project statuses, and creative and web maintenance activities.

    • Idea Generation: Develop creative strategies for client accounts, enhancing their digital presence through innovative web and creative solutions.

    • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to boost client satisfaction and revenue.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within a digital agency handling both web and creative services.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Proficient understanding of web technologies, CMS, web hosting, and creative design principles.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, with a detail-oriented approach.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Proven track record in delivering outstanding client service and nurturing client relationships.

    • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics, with an appreciation for creative design trends and principles.
