Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 Annually + Benefits

Intero Digital’s Web Design and Development Division is looking for an energetic, positive-minded, and motivated Project Manager to join their experienced team. The Project Manager will help the director of project management and account team oversee projects, create timelines and schedules and manage resources. If you have a passion for digital project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who gets excited about solving problems and collaborating with others but can work independently and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital marketing initiatives with the account management team.

• Set project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of tasks based on approved project scopes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers across internal and freelance networks.

• Help guide projects using established digital workflow tools (DropBox, Google Docs, Monday, Figma, BugHerd, Harvest, and other client-requested tools).

• Centralize documentation for resources for all team members for a variety of projects.

• Set up new projects in the project management system, creating new file structures, folders and documents.

• Join meetings, where needed, to capture notes and report back to the teams.

• Route creative materials/deliverables as needed including final asset transfers to print/digital vendors.

• Assist project management director in division-wide process improvements and implementation.

Requirements:

• BS in marketing, advertising, business or related field.

• Must have extremely strong attention to detail and processes.

• Must have a proactive communication style and strong problem solving skills.

• Prefers 5+ years of prior experience with project management; digital marketing agency experience is a plus.
