Overview:
Flexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as a Digital Marketing Manager. This person will join the Cyber Studio, a growing group of digitally minded marketers and specialists within the Global Marketing Department. This role is part of the exciting and continued growth Flexjet has experienced over the past decade. Digital Marketing is core to our online footprint, lead attribution, and private travel experiences, making Flexjet a global aviation leader.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and execution of all Digital Marketing campaigns, lead acquisition, and digital projects within the Cyber Studio across our portfolio of global brands. They will work with the Digital Director to confirm that the Digital Marketing strategies are aligned with each channel campaign and oversee the implementation process with each digital specialist to ensure proper campaign execution. They will be responsible for monitoring the campaign deliverables and performance. Must be able to report back to the Digital Director on campaign outcomes, trends, and recommended adjustments. The Digital Marketing Manager must also manage the specialists through channel deliverables and project timelines while advocating team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Manage campaign implementation across all digital channels but not limited to, Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, Google Display Network, Programmatic Media Buys, Email Marketing, Email Lead Nurturing.
• Management of the brand's lead acquisition needs and lead flow process to ensure all form data, fields, field values and attributes are being actively tracked through our website properties to our CRM and CDP.
• Work closely with the Digital Director on overall digital strategy, market share, rankings and visibility to properly position brands.
• Project Manage the digital team through campaign deliverables and digitally focused projects, such as landing pages, ad creative, and websites.
• Hold and lead weekly meetings with the Creative Manager, Content Manager, and EU Digital Marketing Manager to discuss ongoing project status, team/management project needs, and management alignment.
• Organize cross-departmental project and strategy meetings in coordination with the Digital Director.
• Work directly with our Data Analyst and Market Research Analyst to confirm proper data flows and campaign attribution tracking in DOMO, Salesforce, and present data findings to Digital Director to collaborate on uncovering trends, new data points, reporting adjustments, reporting needs and strategy alignment.
• Work directly with our Paid Search and SEO Specialists to manage the execution and implementation of all search strategies and ongoing campaigns in GoogleAds, SEO Tracking in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and analyze ranking, page rates, visibility and trends.
• Work with the Social Media team to ensure that social strategies are being properly executed and aligned by topics, channel and audience within the calendarization of all organic posts.
• Work directly with the Email Marketing Specialist to confirm email list send dates, project status, list management and report on lead nurturing campaign performance and lead quality.
• Work with the Media Manager to ensure that all GDN, Programmatic, Direct Publisher Buys, OTT, and Paid Social campaigns are implemented and executed in alignment with the marketing media calendar. Confirming creative, spend, placement, and audience alignment.
• Work with the Website Development team to ensure all managed websites are in compliance with search engines, ADA and security is up to date. You will also oversee the status of website project deliverables and project statuses through ongoing meetings with the Lead Website Developer.
• Under the direction of the Digital Director, you will analyze and collaborate to ensure that the Digital Team is hitting targeted KPIs, increasing lead quality, visibility, rankings and market share.
• Manage project and channel deliverable timelines with fellow managers and report back on specific statuses weekly to the Digital Director.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• 5 + years’ experience in managing Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably for a luxury brand or service.
• Experience running digital campaigns and working with cross-functional teams/specialists to track and optimize lead quality and performance.
• Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change, and opportunity to help our brands look at things differently.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and consistently communicate with Digital Director.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheets, and Workfront. (or similar platforms)
• Experience managing digital platforms: GA4, Google Search Console, GoogleAds Manager, GoogleAds, GTM, GMB, Microsoft Advertising, META, LinkedIn, Sizmek, Spyfu, SEMrush, DOMO, Salesforce, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, TradeDesk (or similar platforms).
• 20% travel is expected.
• Must work from our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
